Energy grants & bill support in Leicestershire

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme supports eligible installations in England and Wales. The official grant-value notice currently includes £7,500 for qualifying air-to-water or ground-source installations in homes that are not off the gas grid, and £9,000 for qualifying off-gas-grid replacements of oil or LPG with those heat pumps. Other categories and amounts apply. The amount depends on the exact category and all eligibility conditions; a heat-pump quote does not establish entitlement.

Warm Homes: Local Grant can fund eligible energy improvements in privately owned homes in England, subject to household/property criteria, assessment and available funding. Follow the official checker and the right council route. County delivery covers Blaby, Charnwood, Harborough, Hinckley & Bosworth, Melton and North West Leicestershire. Warm Home Discount is bill support rather than an installation grant: the current scheme provides eligible households with a £150 electricity-bill discount, normally applied by their supplier. Check the current qualifying rules and what to do if expected contact has not arrived.

Keep the scheme name, dated eligibility or funding confirmation, approved work scope and any landlord contribution clear in the quote. Use official contact details independently, and never share payment information with an unexpected caller claiming your grant is guaranteed.
